That is funny Chuckity, I've hear people, including myself saying the same thing all the time.

She is. Have you read anything about her opponent?

You realize polys are useless and do not prove or disprove anything, right? You think a poly is some magical machine that can tell if someone is lying or not? lol

Kavanaugh will be confirmed. The new Yorker article sealed the deal.

New Yorker article or not he was going to be confirmed.

Republican politicians have made it very clear that they are going full steam ahead with the vote.

The hearing was 'accommodating' Ford but had no intention of being something of substance.

They have rehearsed Kavanaugh on what they will ask so he will have his script.

Ford won't have a clue what the questions are.

Whether or not she has a valid complaint is irrelevant -- and that was made clear form the get go.

BUT......

this will impact some borderline districts where it could go blue -- it may for sure go blue if the red person sitting there votes to confirm.

RedZin, I was accused of doing something I that didn't do. It damn near ruined my life. Do you have any idea what it's like to be accused of something serious that you didn't do? It feels like crap, it can actually destroy you inside! You're always defending yourself. I tried to take her to see an attorney to take her to court for defamation but it seems when there's no big money involved they aren't interested.

Don't believe everything you hear. Anyone can accuse you of anything. We have the freedom of speech and the freedom to lie.

Exactly!

Another thing RedZin, it's a damn shame that women have to be careful about these things. I'm sorry for what happened to you but I do hope that you do not want to automatically believe the latest accusations based on your experience. No one should pay for what someone else did.

was there anybody else in both parties? LOL
Doesn't matter-- for the record I am not sure Ford's allegations -- even if true -- are worth ruining a man's career....but

It's how it is being handled.

Even Kavanaugh implying he couldn't be guilty of sexual assault because he was a virgin -- WTH....seriously -- LOL

I'ts a mess. Professionals would do it on their own terms -- without stupid things being leaked and they could quickly ascertain that there is no concrete evidence. etc/
