Is this tongue in cheek? "Proud honorable" men don't attempt to rape drunken girls in high school, in college, or at any point in their lives. Sure he's crying because he got CAUGHT. Just like many liars do to get sympathy when they are found out.
I don't think the majority of the posts since this hearing began being televised about a half hour ago are serious.
The man is making so much sense.

I think they know that, but they will stick to their narrative no matter what. The Dems knew that this sexual attack would stick given the current environment when all else failed.
IKR? Not what I expected at all from him. I thought her demeanor seemed rather fragile but she's looking very much more assured in her testimony than this dude.
His emotion is raw. any innocent person accused of attempted rape would react the same to outright lies and attempts to smear his life's work, not to mention anger at people who have threatened his family's safety.
I do mind a conservative judge but that's neither here nor there. This guy is a mess and should be kicked out of his current seat, never mind being elevated to the Supreme Court.
And yes, I'm a woman who finds Ford extremely credible, as do the hundreds, or more likely thousands of women who have been posting that on my Twitter feed.
I like a balanced court. Roberts was a conservative, so replacing him with one seems reasonable. I would prefer a moderate conservative who swing votes, like Roberts did, but he still tended to side with the conservatives on the court.
I do not want another Clarence Thomas, in terms of voting or scandals.
