Only 2 ways to work with Foreign Leaders cupcake - one is to register as a Foreign Agent, the other is to be AUTHORIZED by the President or State Department.
It's illegal to do it without one of the above.
Kerry isn't registered as a Foreign Agent (but he certainly should be as he works for them and not us) and he is NOT Authorized by the President or State Department.

Comparing apples and oranges, Manafort received payment and we know he paid lobbying groups not to mention that he attempted to hide the payments in offshore banks. Kerry just met with a foreign leader, he wasn't paid and he briefed Pompeo regarding his discussion.
A lot of people think that it is Trump, Pompeo, and Haley that are undermining America.
And those people are just crazy globalist Progressives who want the US sold out.
