Instead of throwing out the bums, seems Trump surrounded himself with new ones. Instead of "draining the swamp," we simply got another swamp to contend with, wonder about. A POTUS who instead of explaining why we needed a new health care plan, to cover people with previous conditions, we have a POTUS who explains what women will let you do to them under the right conditions.

Instead of a Noble Peace prize and a world impressed that America would actually elect a black POTUS, we get a wall that Mexico will pay for, and "thousands of Muslims" Trump said were cheering on 9/11. We get the best health care plan ever, never seen. An international trade war and now China cozying up with Russia. Instead of Michelle, we get hanky panky with porn stars and Playboy bunnies and even better, hush money paid in the $100 thousands to keep them quiet.

Not that any of this should have us wonder what else needs to be hushed...

Right, but what about the economy and our 401Ks?

I knew I shouldn't have started this thread, but I do surely miss the good old days before Trump started making America great again...
Trump was the guy who threw the bums out, stopped the establishment in its tracks, crushed Crooked Hillary's dream, beat the Clinton machine and the media. Trump ain't a saint, and he hasn't gotten everything right -- but he is certainly better than the community organizer who the media fawned over for 8 years.

That's the difference between Trump supporters and haters....if you love america great you love Trump and if you hate America great you hate trump.

To your query, loving every day since trump was elected.

Yes, but not because of Trump because of the insane liberal mobs. I miss America before the rise of the psychotic social justice warriors. I miss America before "journalists" became liberal propaganda shills. I miss America before the democrats embraced violent fascists pushing their political agenda and suppressing free speech.

It's like you have no knowledge of anything relating to the economy from before yesterday. We've had many qtrs of strong growth followed by qtrs of middling growth or low growth. We've had projections of qtrs that started strong that tapered later to middling finish. Trying to sell us on your forecasting powers as proof that Trump is going to deliver on what he promised is a fail. Sorry Bob.

I am much better off today than I was 10 years ago.
You mean the 10 years that include 8 under Obama's watch. I'm sure he appreciates your thanks.

This is an elevated blood pressure Presidency. It’s like the roller coaster you tried to avoid but got snatched up while standing too close by someone already on it. It’s been far more than I would’ve willingly signed up for.

The global embarrassment only adds another layer of irritation and disappointment.

I’ve all but forgotten what governmental stability feels like during this short period of less than two years. It’s the first I’ve ever really worried about what’s to come. Never felt anything like that during the Obama, Bush, or Clinton era. No era in fact.
