Yes he should step aside. It's not normal to get upset about somebody falsely accusing you of something that you didn't do.

And most importantly let's take advice from former president Bill Clinton in an interview last week he stated that anybody who is accused of sexual assault should be disqualified from the job.

Hillary Clinton even weighed in on it. The Democrats have stood with sexual assault victims. There are so concerned about it when the MS13 gang raped two black sisters and slit their throats. Trump never reached out to the family. Hillary Clinton did.

The Democrats stands with sexual assault people. And to prevent more rapes they want to secure the border and they are against MS-13 and other gangs. Even ICE are dangerous because they have caught pedophile rings. ICE is dangerous to our country.

We have to believe women when they accuse men of sexual assault. We must RESIST on far trials. Because if we don't then we are nazis. Hitler and Stalin believed in fair trials so we must RESIST...

Regardless of the outcome of the investigation, he should step aside because of his outrageous, unflattering behavior and multiple accounts of untoward behaviors in his past. This to save his family humiliation
and the rest of us...from the anger and partisan attitude he exhibited and might continue to exhibit on the Supreme Court.

BS

He will be confirmed, he will serve, and he will be exemplary. The left's harassment will not prevail.

And get ready for it, for the next nominee for the next vacancy is going to be even more conservative.

And BTW, NOBODY is fooled into believing you give a damn about the good of the country. You care only of your filthy ideology, one of tyranny, enshacklement and destitution.

“I drank beer with my friends. Almost everyone did. Sometimes I had too many beers. Sometimes others did.”

I personally don't know how this is lying about his drinking. It's a farce.

Oh please.

The bell has been rung, and that cannot be changed.

If he is confirmed, he will be hounded, and attempts will be made to impeach him from SCOTUS.

If he is not confirmed, attempts will be made to impeach him from his current lifetime appointment.

Really, where are the allegations from law clerks, lawyers who appear before him, teachers and students where he's taught, etc., anyone who's been a colleague over the last 30 years. Why did the ABA's investigations turn up nothing to validate your 'guess.' Instead, ABA gave him the highest rating, with an excellent reputation for integrity and outstanding character.
You do know they downgraded his rating, yes?

The ABA has had concerns about him before ~ due to his KNOWN and extreme partisanship.

I believe it could have all been contrived.
I find that highly unlikely. The blow back from doing something like that in such a public way would be devastating.

The Havard students and alumni protest worked since he will not return.

He lied about terms like Dev*l's Triangle.

Kavanaugh said under OATH that he first learned of Ramirez's allegations in the New Yorker yet the FBI has text messages that shows he was in contact with her friends to support him.

He referred to himself and friends as obnoxious drunks in 1983.

His credibility is gone. But what do we expect if Trump picked him?

Minnesota Democrats scalded by Ellison allegations

Ellison, a six-term congressman and deputy chairman of the Democratic National Committee, won Minnesota’s Democratic primary for state attorney general days after a former girlfriend accused him of abusing her — an accusation Ellison denied.

Before the election, Austin Monahan, the son of Ellison’s ex-girlfriend, Karen Monahan, posted on social media that he had found a video on his mother’s computer that he said showed Ellison “dragging my mama off the bed by her feet,” screaming profanities at her. Monahan has since said her son’s account is accurate but that she would not release the alleged footage.

Crickets from the Dems on this...

edit to add..almost three decades is a very long time, surely you have plenty of examples if he's as bad as you say
So, you are saying, for example, that if a person seemed to be somewhat normal for most of their life, but then went off the deep end and broke down the way he did that it is ok ? We all know people who mask their true self and are very good at putting up a false front.

He showed his TRUE nature in that rant. He was nasty, childish, had no self control, and felt it necessary to attack everyone who was simply trying to get at the truth. The REAL Kavanaugh came out in that interview, and it was not someone who should decided the fate of millions of Americans for the rest of his life.

What we got was a glimpse of the entitled, arrogant man who was the same way when he was a teen.....probably more so, especially when boozed up.
