Yes, what a great idea the left should pursue. That will surely win them votes from the moderates and independents.

The Dems could be able to pack the court as soon as 2021. I wouldn't advocate that for the bad precedent it sets, but the people will not tolerate a court out of step with broad based public opinion. (Limited) Abortion is not only settled law, it is settled sentiment.

You must be new around here. If you ever want to laugh or cry someday and have hours to kill, you should go through this one and the giant thread that preceded it. Crazy!

By the time these leftists bully those who don't vote the way they won't them to, they are exposing themselves as the lunatics that they are.
More votes in our favor and likely even walkaways.

Yes, you're correct. The far left has shown the public that.

I'm fine with this. It's a big boost to the Dems in November.

Kavanaugh is emotional, extremely partisan and biased. He does not belong on the court. Thomas also does not belong on the court--he's useless. There are reasons that some of these people spark fights--they aren't meant to be on the court. But because Trump, McConnell et al insist on shoving people they want through--they just gave the country the finger and did what they wanted.

Sure feels like we are living in a fascist state. Thirty percent of the country approved of Kavanaugh--that's it.

Still, there are lawsuits and investigations that will be coming down the line. Kavanaugh really should not breathe a sigh of relief. More will come out. The GOP hid too much--the WH should have allowed a real investigation--there will be one anyhow.
