And like usual, Trump supporters are falling for it hook, line, and sinker.
Coupla things:

1. What makes you think this caravan is supported by Trump or the administration? I mean, that's your implication - as if this whole thing is geared to instill fear right before the elections. What do you base this belief on?

2. How are the migrants walking thirty or more miles a day, old people, kids, overweight people, moms pushing strollers, etc.

3. How do you know they are unarmed?

The administration has a duty to protect our borders and to facilitate LEGAL immigration, to know who is in our country and why, etc. We already have nearly 1400 illegal immigrants entering the US, the vast majority along our southern border, every day - add another several thousand to that - in one day.

What do you suggest the administration does? What are your ideas about how to facilitate this situation?

Indeed. In their parlance, America is somehow a fortress. Those who are outside of it, are either enemies (if they have no interest of getting in) or invaders (if they do). Once inside, they're "parasites". Simple, pat, beguiling lexicon....

Kind of disturbing when you realize that there's most likely people salivating at the prospect of this thread.

What are your ideas about solving the humanitarian crises in Central America?

Just how would you solve the crisis???

We don't want to solve their crisis. Got other things to attend to here.
Let Mexico have them...

Didn't read the article but it would appear to me that offering work visas would just encourage more and more to come! I'd rather we "actually" fix our immigration system.

You quoted me as saying something I never mentioned.
How were you able to edit your post making it look like you are quoting something I said?

I never stated what you quoted.
Check ALL my post in this thread, and show me where I stated "sounds like a cop out for defending trump".

Bob.
