It won't happen to 1 newly elected official, let alone enough to turn the house.

Did somebody tell you this, did you read it somewhere?

it might happen in blue areas, but in red areas, you may find that what i suggested might happen. will it? i dont know. will enough happen to turn the house red again? i doubt it. but if some fo the new representatives are subjected to recall elections, it will send a message to the rest of the house that the constituents are watching, and they are going to hold you to the fire.

Bullcrap. They know they don't have anything and if they ever want to be in a position of power again they need to concentrate on the long game, such as their policies and what they stand for. As of now nobody know and has no reason to follow them anywhere. The country is weary of the high drama and game playing. If they don't take this opportunity to rebrand themselves they are doomed. Same for the Republicans who need to pay attention to Trump and adopt the parts of him that speak to the nation.

Investigations are sometimes worthwhile but they take time, cause distraction.
