For the Donald, based on history, it would be more appropriate for him to stomp his foot real hard and then take his ball and go home, next time someone asks him a question he doesn't want to answer.
Of course telling the female reporters they're stupid, instead of answering the question works remarkably well for Trump, also.

The judge only gave Acosta a temporary pass for 14 days until the case is argued and decided. The WH doesn't even have to sit him up front or call on him If he is rude again and ignore the rules and tries to take over a press conference, he will be kicked out again.

Why was that totally left out of the legal conversation if it was so relevant to the case?
The US Dept of Labor can still press charges.

True, but until they do, the point is moot.
Gosh, it does seem you're clinging to this specious bit of speculation by your fingernails, at this point.

No disrespect intended.

Guess they thought it wasn't a good enough reason.
I've never seen a group of people so happy to be lied to. The claim that Acosta struck someone was so empty that the White House didn't even try to advance it before the District Judge. Yet, when the White House spoon feeds it to low information Trump sycophants, they not only lap it up, but vociferously attack anyone who calls it out for what it was - a lie. Its really sad to see people debase themselves this way.

No, not really. Acosta can shout from the rooftop of CNN HQ all he wants, he can speak whatever he wants, just not WHEREever he wants

Personally I think all media should ignore Trump and not talk about him at all.
