Agreed. True conservatives would rather eliminate government transparency altogether than be perceived as "losing" to a reporter who had his press pass surreptitiously and unconstitutionally revoked. It's all about winning for the sake of winning rather than what's good for the Country. Right?
The judge is ruling based on the Constitution, that document that Trump swore to uphold. It most certainly does apply.
