Former First Lady Michelle Obama is opening up about why so many people seem to be interested in her close cross-party bond with former President George W. Bush.
Obama discussed her friendship with Bush in an interview with Bush’s daughter, Jenna Bush Hager, on NBC’s Today show Wednesday. Obama is promoting her new memoir Becoming.
Bush Hager began the discussion by telling Obama that her father is on a first-name basis with the former first lady.
It becomes more obvious as time goes on that the entire Bush clan is just as filthy and corrupt as the Obamas are.
George Washington would have all of them before a firing squad if he were here. There is very little hope for the R's and the D's should be completely exterminated stat, they are far beyond hope. We need new parties with new ideas.
I've always said that if I had to do "pull my finger" jokes I would pick GWB. He IS child-like.
The problem here is he never should have been within 1,000 miles of any responsibility. He is responsible for mass amounts of suffering that was needless. His legacy will span decades, perhaps longer....and its not a good one.
Is he a "good child" at heart? I think he and his wife are.
But, like a child, he is controllable and impressionable and had not formed adult views.
Well, aside from 4500 dead Americans in Iraq ~ I'm sure he's a wonderful fella.
The dead are sometimes luckier than the 10's of thousands horribly wounded but saved....to say nothing of the fact that if "all men are created equal" we have to think of the MILLIONS displaced, killed, wounded or otherwise affected by his adventures.
Of course, that doesn't include the debt he rang up and the Great Recession and the cronyism (free rides in nuclear subs) and the cocaine and sex in the Interior Dept. Oil section and the like.
I wouldn't hire a guy like that to manage a single small mom and pop store, let along a country.
