It's actually the opposite.

Trump is in serious trouble. But Trumpers can continue to live in the fake world and accept Trump's "deny deny deny" policy, as the lies and crimes mount.

When most of the key people in your campaign are indicted for felonies, including selling out our government to a hostile foreign power, common sense tells you that the boss directed or approved of everything. Especially a dictatorial control-freak like Trump. But our country requires evidence, thank goodness. The evidence is starting to come in.

But let's see what the Mueller report shows. Will Trump let the public see it?

Ask yourself: Do Trump and his cohorts act like innocent people? Lying to investigators, both in Congress and in the Special Counsel's office. Denying facts that are in front of our eyes. Repeatedly lying to the public and our representatives. Taking the Fifth. (Trump said himself previously that only guilty people and the mob take the Fifth.) Repeatedly attacking the reputation and honor of the investigators, even name calling them one by one, like a juvenile. Changing your stories over time. Changing from "no meeting!" to "okay, there was a meeting, but I didn't know about it" to "Okay there was a meeting and I may have been told about it after the fact" to "there was a meeting but it was about adoptions - no collusion" to "okay, there was a meeting; anyone would have taken that meeting" to "if there was collusion, collusion is not a crime!"

Let's see what the report says. But know this: Trump will continue to deny deny deny, just as he does now. Even when we can see reality with our own eyes. It's his M.O. he learned from Roy Cohn. Trump never admits flaws. He believes that is a weakness. He never takes blame. The buck always stops "over there somewhere." He will continue that until the day he dies. He will never voluntarily leave office, either. He would have to be forced out, if the evidence shows his guilt of "high crimes and misdemeanors." Already, Trumpers are starting to say, "Well, even if he's guilty (of this or that), that's not THAT serious" or "He may have committed crimes, but he didn't KNOW they were crimes." Which means they do see the walls starting to cave in on Trump.

Shameful that anyone voted for this corrupt mob boss, which is what he is. Just shameful that people sold out their country, for whatever reason...whether monetary gain for themselves or out of hatred for others. Shameful. Abe Lincoln is turning over in his grave.

All true - Trump has always been a mafioso wannabe. The fact they so many voted for this scummy man says a lot about how far our morals and values have skidded.

People seem to forgot that the Manafort memo was highly redacted; it contained information that no one, outside of Mueller and the Court, know.

I read that there are some 29 sealed indictments. Against whom and for what, is unknown.

Remember when Mr. Trump's Chief Financial Officer, Allen Weisselberg, accepted an offer of immunity to testify before a New York City grand jury? We have no idea what he said. The same is true for that publisher, and long-time friend of Trumps, David Pecker.

Cohen, Weisselberg, Pecker. Three men very close to Donald J. Trump, and all testifying to that they know.

It is not for nothing that Don Jr. suddenly decided to visit Canada this week. He probably figures he is the next domino to fall.
Absolutely nothing is looking like exoneration for Trump.

Cohen's deal has Trump down as a co-conspirator in two felonies. Flynn's has so much redacted it is difficult to say who all is involved, but it doesn't look good for team Trump.

In less than a month, a new Congress will be sworn in. Shortly thereafter, Adam Schiff will become chair of the House Intelligence committee.

Undoubtedly, at that time this forum will be overrun with threads about Trump's innocence, how he's being railroaded, how even though he was surrounded by treason weasels, he himself was oblivious.

Don't hold your breath, Mueller is not going to make any move until he is ready. Remember that the Watergate investigation took years.

Appears that Mueller has started his moves and is moving across the board.

Knowing that his investigation is facing Republican headwinds, he working the pawns first.

carmen electra shared a story of coming home and finding her husband, dennis rodman, in bed with another woman. rodman kept denying that he had been in bed with another woman....... as the woman was still in the bed.

IMO trump is at the same level of gas-lamping.

Contrary to media speculation that Robert Mueller is closing in on President Trump, the special prosecutor’s plea deal with Trump’s personal lawyer Michael Cohen offers further evidence that the Trump campaign did not collude with Russians during the 2016 election, according to congressional investigators and former prosecutors.

The nine-page charging document filed with the plea deal suggests that the special counsel is using the Moscow tower talks to connect Trump to Russia. But congressional investigators with House and Senate committees leading inquiries on the Russia question told RealClearInvestigations that it looks like Mueller withheld from the court details that would exonerate the president.

On page 7 of the statement of criminal information filed against Cohen, which is separate from but related to the plea agreement, Mueller mentions that Cohen tried to email Russian President Vladimir Putin’s office on Jan. 14, 2016, and again on Jan. 16, 2016. But Mueller, who personally signed the document, omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin, and had resorted to sending the emails to a general press mailbox. Sources who have seen these additional emails point out that this omitted information undercuts the idea of a “back channel” and thus the special counsel's collusion case.
However, it does appear that Individual 1 directed Cohen to make hush money payments to Daniels and McDougal. This investigation is multi-faceted.
