You need to reread the OP.

Laura Loomer, etc. climbed over the wall at Nancy's Napa Valley estate, not the red brick house in your link that is her San Francisco residence.

Correct. And pictures show it was at most a 4 foot wall. More decorative than anything else. Perhaps it could keeps some dogs in. But if you want to use this as an example of how walls fail be my guest.
