now you are playing games with words......Mueller declared that the story is inaccurate. Inaccurate means in the dictionary: not accurate; incorrect or untrue. inexact, loose; erroneous, wrong, faulty.

Just admit this was fake news and the libs got all wet like usual in taking down Trump.

Let's be clear -- the Mueller statement was vague.
We still don't know what the @#$% is going on.

So anyone claiming a victory on either side is just hoping and wishing.

Just this morning, Cormier told CNN "No We Have Not Seen the Evidence Supporting Our Report." A couple hours later, Leopold said to PMSNBC, " We have seen documents. We have been briefed on documents. We are very confident in our reporting."

So which is it?

"BuzzFeed's description of specific statements to the Special Counsel's Office, and characterization of documents and testimony obtained by this office, regarding Michael Cohen's Congressional testimony are not accurate," said Peter Carr, a spokesman for Mueller's office, in a statement.

specific statements....
characterization of documents...
and testimony

...are not accurate

Immediately turn off the TV or stop reading when a 'journalist' says, "If this story is true..."

If Michael Cohen could have truthfully testified that Trump had suborned perjury, and it could be independently corroborated, he wouldn't have gotten three years in the federal pokey. He would have received complete immunity for his testimony, a lifetime gig as a guest analyst for MSDNC and CNN, and a ticker-tape parade down the streets of New York. The Dems would be asking to name elementary schools, streets, parks and newly discovered celestial bodies after him, in honor of his service to the nation. There would have been efforts to erect Michael Cohen statues in every public square. No doubt someone would have suggested that the American flag on the "Forever" postage stamp should be replaced by a portrait of Michael Cohen.

However, if Cohen could have truthfully testified as BuzzFeed claims, he would have held the ultimate trump card in the legal deck. Yet, he didn't play said card during plea negotiations, when it would have resulted in the most massive prosecutorial payoff in American political history. BuzzFeed would have us believe that a man holding such a card would willingly toss it on the discard pile where it does him no good at all, and instead sign a plea agreement that will send him to the federal penitentiary for three years.

If Cohen in fact possessed such knowledge as alleged by BuzzFeed, does it make any sense for him to toss it away and choose instead three years in prison? No, of course not. Don't be ridiculous.

Conclusion: BuzzFeed's claim that Cohen can establish a case against Trump for subornation of perjury is false, i.e., fake news. And even if one did not suspect that before, the supposition is now confirmed by none other than the Office of the Special Counsel themselves.
