With a little luck-and some justice-these kids will own some media companies before this is over. And Nathan Phillips will be in prison. I have to wonder-if he was working for a specific reservation or tribe-can their assets be seized as a result of a defamation suit?

The tribe's assets will never be seized and I doubt Phillips will ever face justice. He hasn't so far and he's been telling lies for years. At the most, he'll be ignored from now on. The media and print organizations are going to be the target of the lawsuits.
