It's called VAT, and everyone pays it, like in Canada. And since the wealthy buy more stuff, they would pay more $ in VAT than other people

For someone who doesn't work for a living, you're awfully concerned about the plight of people who work for a living.

I actually work for a living. And I pay a fair amount in taxes (even more under the recent tax bill). Illegals don't bother me. They contribute just as much to the economy as, say, someone who chooses not to work.

4 medicare for all will EASILY end up costing 3.5 to 4.5 trillion annually.....that is the ENTIRE REVENUE of the government...

In reality its you who pay the premiums that the corporation pays because the corporation sees it as the cost of hiring you, just like wages. So your wages get lowered if premiums are high. Big increases in the cost of premiums lead to low wage growth as well. Its all part of the cost of labor. But even if instead of a 6% VAT, we make it 3% and then add a 3% employer payroll tax to replace costs of premiums, you would still argue against it and claim it burdens the employer and that the poor should pay more (like a 6% VAT would do).

No matter what, you will always support the corrupt health insurance crooks who rip of the people and thats just sad.
