Bernie admitted he would raise taxes on the middle class to pay for healthcare in the democratic party debate last night.
But thats because he is an honest man with integrity and no big money donors he has to obey.
Of course taxes go up when people no longer have to pay $40 000 a year to the medical industrial complex for a typical family of four, but the overall savings would be enormous.
Crooks like Trump simply adds trillions to the debt and expects the sick, the elderly, the poor and the disabled to pay the price now and in the future.
I was working. As in earning a paycheck. You know, what people do to pay their bills. I did record them on my DVR to watch tonight.
Then, if you thought Trump lied about a personal observation that he and others made (it was widely reported) about the debate, why not watch your DVR recording, or do a google search, before putting your foot in your mouth with your post (by being wrong because you didn’t do either of those things).
Bernie explicitly said he would raise taxes on the middle class to pay for healthcare in the democratic party debate last night.
Yes, Bernie did. As I've noted many times Bernie is one of the very few fiscal conservatives in Congress. Nobody else did. No one else complained about an additional 54 trillion in war debt. There was no call for additional taxes to pay for it. So, while Bernie is a good guy fiscally here, there is no precedent for paying for this.
These arguments repeat themselves over and over. We are covering the health care of those that business invite here to avoid paying them a fair wage or their fair share of taxes.
We keep repeating it because you continue to see these people as having been “invited”, and I will never see it that way. So our perspectives will never be in a position where a dispute can be resolved. We are at an impasse.
So maybe allow other people to chime in, rather than repeating the same argument with me? That is why my response was to someone else’s post, and not yours.
Giving them free health care? Now THAT would be inviting them.

The Republicans want illegals too. They want the cheap labor and the nannies for their kids. They don't do anything to stop it except talk about building a mostly useless wall.
The Dems (and I vote Dem) won't get anywhere getting health care for illegals, so don't worry. We will call our congressmen if this ever goes to a vote and if these people are up for re-election, we will vote them OUT. Yes, we are for healthcare for all--FOR AMERICANS.
I would rather get student loans paid off then give illegals anything free. This is all just wrong, sending illegals the message that if they get here eventually they will everything for free. They will risk anything to get here illegally.

You beat me to it. Not that the poster needs to worry about maintaining any credibility or anything, but to just assume the information was from a tweet is beyond ridiculous.
I am a social liberal, but the democrats make it impossible for me to even consider one of their candidates because of this lunacy. They never get tired of thinking up new ways to give away other people’s money.
There giving away their, money, too, if they pay taxes. So it's not just about other people's money, that is for sure.

Yeah, that elite group making all of their decisions based on garnering votes and not based on what's best for their constituents are exactly like the working stiffs complaining about this - so what's the problem, right?
