Abolishing ICE doesn't mean not having an immigration agency. For most of us, we just want INS back, the way it was pre-9/11

So M4A could not possibly cost that much - at least not in one year.
That $32 trillion is the 10 year cost, or $3.2 trillion per year. Opponents of single payer healthcare like to throw out the 10 year number to mislead people. In fact, it would be less than is spent on healthcare now ($4.5 trillion per year)

1. abolishing ICE doesnt mean open borders. I dont know why you folks on the right make this idiotic claim that the left wants open borders. Thats nonsense. And trying to make that argument takes away a lot of the legitimacy of any post that mentions it.

2. Medicare for all would cost X is pretty much nonsense. People need healthcare-the actual cost of it doesn't matter as long as it costs less then the current method. And right now the current method has insurance agencies taking a profit, and massive inefficiency dealing with them. Other countries that pay for it all? It costs them HALF per person then what it costs us. HALF. And they have comparable outcomes. Medicare is one method of doing this. Plus your idiotic number is for 10 years of it! And more importantly.....that number is a pretty wild guess. It assumes some things such as lowered rates-that might not occur, and doesn't take into account the savings from removing tons of insurance people. The figure could be considerably higher or lower. Guessing the cost in the end is hard. Guessing that removing profit orientated insurance companies, and all the extra wasted effort around that it not as hard.

Link to where Harris actually is on record supporting "open borders"?

Not ONE Democrat has said "I want open borders'. You just have to look at their actions to see it.

Well, the US develops more drugs and procedures so the costs are higher here. You lefties are just in major denial. I hope someday you earn a real paycheck and have to actually pay some taxes.

She can promise anything she wants because she knows she will never have to deliver. She can blame Congress. It would not be doable anyway.
