As far as doing things on "the group level", that what communism is about, and that will never work in America, so don't even think about it. This nation is all about building people up to be strong individuals, capable of caring for themselves and their nation.
So this nation is about letting the strong stomp on the weak? And how does that work out in the end?

The strong serve as the defenders, producers, life savers, and other critical roles in our nation. They aren't stomping on anyone. They are making your modern life comfortable, convenient, efficient and worth living.

Unpaid overtime is a scam. People work unpaid overtime because they are afraid that they will lose their jobs.

The Democrats should pass this so that they can show everyone who owns the republican party.
You're forgetting a key factor....Democrats Hate Hate hate the Middle class.

You live in Michigan. In Flint it looks like the strong are trying to weed out the weak by switching their water source to one that is polluted.

When people ACCEPT "salaried" jobs they ACCEPT NOT getting overtime.

Don't want it DON'T TAKE THE JOB. It is THAT SIMPLE!

Quit trying to make EVERYTHING socialism!

Heck, start your OWN company and do what you want!

It is EASY to sit on the sidelines a criticize others when you have NO SKIN IN THE GAME!
