If you can't do five pushups you're basically an invalid.
I would expect Hillary Clinton to have trouble with five pushups. But an under 30 person of normal BMI and strength should be able to at least do ten without effort.

I’m overweight, 50 years old, and have a shoulder injury and I can do at least 15 push-ups. Proper form push-ups are a great exercise that works multiple muscles besides the triceps.
I am not overweight, over 50, no injuries and I have never attempted to do a push up and likely never will.
LOL. I wish you would have posted a link. After all, I can't take your word for it without and actual quote. I rather doubt she announced she was "proud." I'm guessing this may well have had an element of humor that either went over your head, or that you're deliberately ignoring.
By the way, when's the last time you think Trump - okay, not push-ups. When do you think is the last time he walked five blocks? When he was 70? Or 60? Or 50?

An interviewer said that Ivanka related a little vignette to her (off camera) about a walk she and her daughter Arabella took (during the week of the convention) where Arabella pointed out a pothole, shook her head, and said "Grandpa wouldn't like that". Ivanka said that that was in Arabella's head because her grandpa would take her on walks (stopped obviously once he declared for President) and would point out maintenance that the city (NYC) hadn't taken care of.

SHe probably got here education through affirmative action, and earned what was a useless degree until she got into politics.
