Is this thread anywhere near the electoral college thread cause anyway Democrats are the majority in the country.
Democratic candidates have received the most votes since after Regan presidential run.

I am a highly motivated Trump voter because the Democrats have motivated me up to my eyeballs. I have never been more motivated in my life, because the Democrats are terrifying me.

this is a political forum and one of the reasons some of us participate in POC is we try to understand the perspectives of the 'other side'. The Federalist opinion piece above is a perfect reflection of my thinking. the best I've read so far that explains my thoughts in this political climate.

whether you are on the other side of the aisle or on my side, it is an interesting opinion piece. I would like to hear your thoughts after you read it.

"we try to understand the perspectives of the 'other side'."
No you don't. You cons never try to understand the perspectives of the 'other side'. You just write us off as "coastal elites" or inferior urbanites whose votes have to be diluted because we're not as wise as you when it comes to voting. We only voted for Obama because of "white guilt" and if we have any criticisms of Trump it means we need to "get over it". You set yourself up as the real Americans. You tell us to "**** our feelings" and take great pleasure in offending us, going out of your way to do so, and then say that we should understand you. We can't even fly from Boston to San Jose without you whining that we're insulting the "flyover states"

It's like the "headlines" we see in the blogs these days "Here's what I think of X, Y, Z".

Noe one cares. There are millions of opinion pieces....and have been many million. No matter how many there have been and how much State TV and Radio pushes it, Trump has the lowest approval rating in US History and is rated dead last among ALL Potus's since George Washington.

No opinion piece changes that.

It's not a "side". It's the reality of a person who is corrupt, mean and not capable of doing the job even if he wasn't.

Those are my thoughts anyway. They matter as much as yours or the opinion piece writer. The fact that someone from Texas likes Trump isn't exactly surprising.
You cared enough to come in here and post a diatribe about how much you don't care...

Pretty darn good platform and record of success for Trump.

How come the Dem Nominees never even talk Jobs or the Economy ? They have nothing to offer.

Democrats kill jobs, not make jobs. Democrat Socialist are parasites, they want to feed on the success of the working people.
When they talk about holding big corporations accountable...they ARE talking about jobs and the economy. Their approach is to get to the source of continuing economic struggle of the avg. American.

Trump makes wildly inaccurate numbers up in his head rather than solving problems . Lying is easy and lazy is what the Republican Party under Trump has become.
Lie..protect the liars with more lies, can be done from Twitter.

The hard work to better our country is old fashioned hard work.
Trump is the ULTIMATE STATUS QUO. Do nothing. Lie.

Not that we watch TV but Fox News has that banner going along the bottom of the screen all the time.
So maybe they should give it a break.

As long as you are rich, yes. Quite well. It's a rich man's economy that Trump has built from the Middle-Class base Obama left him.

If you happen to be poor, not so much.

Yeah... What did Obama ever do for the poor Black man except encourage him to riot ? He never found jobs or put him to work.

Minority unemployment is way down with Trump.
