Judges have already reviewed the investigation and determined it to be valid in issuing warrants. The IG has a ongoing investigation. Maybe Barr is doing a review of laws since he said a investigation is not opened yet.

The Mueller report has not been released and we already know that what Barr put out was nothing more than his personal feelings. Release the report and lets find out what they really found.

They are talking about AOC saying we have "blood on our hands" re climate change, while at the same time CNN is talking about Pelosi saying that Barr is "going off the rails" and "acting like he is the attorney general of Donald Trump" (as opposed to the AG of the U.S.).

Investigate away. There are eleven federal judgeson the panel that reviews FISA applications, and they don't issue them without sufficient evidence being shown them as to why the warrant is needed. It's all in the court documents for Barr's perusal at will.
What you are going to find is that the FBI had been keeping tabs on Carter Page since 2013, and knew he was meeting with Russians, was greedy and on the take, and had a big mouth. Perfect man for the Trump campaign.

The WHY - because you have clearly missed it - is BECAUSE the Trump Campaign was caught in numerous discussions with Russian 'actors' - and the reason the FBI knows this is because the FBI was FIRST spying on the Russians and heard the Russians talking to the Trump Campaign.
