I did. The officer is on the other side of the kid on the ground. He takes 3-4 steps towards the kid that got beat and pepper sprays him. That is what we see.

Yep, the kid was shooed away, he took a step forward and literally squared off on the cop... boneheaded move.

But then, the other cops were boneheaded for punching the kid and slamming his head while making no effort to simply cuff him.
