Did he forget what Rep. Todd Akin said?
In a local news interview, on August 19, 2012, discussing abortion, Akin claimed that victims of what he described as "legitimate rape" very rarely become pregnant. Airing on St. Louis television station KTVI, his response to a question on rape exceptions for abortion was:
"Well you know, people always want to try to make that as one of those things, well how do you, how do you slice this particularly tough sort of ethical question. First of all, from what I understand from doctors, that's really rare. It's ludicrous but I know where that argument most likely comes from. My guess is they're equating a horrific pregnancy to eating bad food. Your body will not digest the food it'll throw it back up.
They need to look at nature. Animals like cats and dogs will get pregnant no matter what. One female + one male is all it takes. We are animals too so our sexual organs do not know the difference. We're just designed to make offspring. If the female body could shut down like that you wouldn't still get periods on some forms of birth control so that's how clueless our organs are. There's also cases of IUDs falling out that's how bad the body wants to procreate.

Just some of Mr. King's comments are enough to get him fired at a non-political job place.

Seriously, what kind of sick mind even thinks that kind of logic. It REALLY makes one suspect that he thinks that kind of behavior is normal and acceptable.
