Are the Democrats getting that desperate? They had to get "cute" in the counting of the ballots to install Biden and now they are digging in their heels in opposing something as simple as requiring an ID to vote? It sounds like they are worried that more people are catching on to their schemes and anti American plans so they have no choice but to manipulate the elections to win.
It sounds like old Joe is weaponizing the DOJ to enforce the nonsense. He must have learned that from Obama.

One of the largest changes in the election laws allows the GOP to selection election board members, previously that was done in a bipartisan fashion by both parties.
Should be a short run thing. States have full control of their electoral process. If they want to send electors, Congressmen and Senators based on poker tournament winners, they can. The Constitution cedes full control of the process to the states.

Good luck showing a practiced racist intent. This is just intimidation and harassment, and part of a wider propaganda campaign. The same laws Biden claims are "Jim Eagle" in GA are more free and open than the voting laws in Biden's own home state.
Seems highly political, OF CORUSE. Have to wonder here if they truly believe they have a case. Lots to lose if they sue and it gets tossed for having no merit.
I'm not arguing that I think they have merit or debating the claims, arguments...just the strategy of pursuing this action.
And of course I believe that this is not 'independent' of Biden or the Democratic party. This is partisan motivated on some merits.
The difference her --- political ideology. Democrats believe that all these new laws about the election are meant to restrict voting access in some small way because in many of those states the Republicans have a better chance of winning if it is harder for some people to vote.
This isn't about Biden asking the DOJ to investigate and pursue charges against SNL or Kimmel because they mocked him or about going after some conservative reporters that ask him tough questions.
