You'd only get 2/3 of it after the government takes a portion of it because they consider it income and it's subject to taxation.

I would NOT take it because I didn't earn it and because it was stolen from someone else first, in an attempt to redistribute it to me and others. That is THEFT and I want NOTHING to do with THEFT, be it government sanctioned or otherwise.
