Warren complained that, under some of the other candidates' proposals, up to 150 million people would be forced out of the health insurance they have now.
Isn't "the insurance they have now", Obamacare? You know, the program all 150 million of them were forced INTO, under threat of fines if they didn't join? For which most of them were told "You can keep your plan and your doctor", only to find they were being lied to?
The Trump administration managed to get the "Forcing them into" part cancelled. But only after their own insurance had booted them out, years before, to obey government fiat.
Note that Warren was one of the people who helped vote Obamacare into existence, thus helping the govt to lie to us and force us out of our chosen health care system in into Obamacare. Now she's complaining about forcing people out their present health care program???
No one has to buy into Obamacare, now. All it was was insurance...yeah, I thought it was horrible and horribly expensive for an older person. But they did have subsidies to help pay for it.
It was one big giveaway to ins. cos.and Big Pharma. Which the Republicans continued.
At least the Dems tried to do something about helping Americans get access to health care. The Republicans don't care if people don't have health care, and will NEVER do anything about it. Never. They never have, although they've been in control of Congress most of the time in the last decades. They never will.
In 2015/6, there was a huge debate difference between Trump and his Republican primary competition and then Hillary. Most of his opponents had more plans than Carter has pills, creating fodder for attack. Trump had no plans- nothing beyond promises and intentions to defend.
While the rest got caught up in the minutia, Trump was immune and instead personally attacked his competition, often for things that had nothing to do with anything.
Beto is calling for confiscation. Of all guns that look scary to him.
Has he said yet, what the government will do about people who refuse to turn them in?
