Maybe not Trump
But I think anyone else is really fair game if the Sgt has the gumption to make the arrest
You are not the property of the state. A subpoena is a request.
I get subpoenas all the time, from lawyers that do not want to pay my expert witness fees. They think that will scare me to show up unpaid. LOL!!! WRONG!
Nothing a judge can do about it, unless he declares you property of the State.

Wrong!
Read Article 1: Clause 5.
It clearly says "The House of Representatives" (majority of the whole) It does not say Speaker of the House.
No one, not even the President is the Property of the State. Everyone in the USA can say no, and is to have a weapon to enforce it.

Stomp on that Constitution some more, will ya!

Majority as a whole are your words, they need to answer to house oversight.

Maybe they have been wrong in the past?

There's no reason to cooperate with a kangaroo court. Cooperation only lends it legitimacy.
He is uncooperative for a different reason. The Constitution legitimizes the movement towards impeachment.

You mean dedication to losing gracefully like McCain and Romney who didn't even try to beat Obama?
I doubt Trump has ever read the Constitution. His actions show no regard for it. It is illegal to extort a foreign country for political gain.
