Why are you so sure most of them have good healthcare? Where does that stat come from?

Yes, I am saying that certain segments won’t give a gay a fair shot. Even a lesser percentage would give Pete a shot in the Republican Party. Think about the religious businesses that hold tremendous sway over their flock.
I like Pete a lot. If he had stayed in the closet, he’d be cleaning the clocks of Biden, Sanders and Pokyhontas.

But here's the real glaring difference...Bernie is a good man, a genuine statesman and an honest player. Trump is sociopathic and dead inside.
How many homes does Mr. "Share the Wealth" own?

Why did he insist on traveling in a private jet when campaigning for Hillary?

Lol. He's a hypocrite.

As it stands now it's taxing 4% of income over 29,000 as the person's contribution to medicare for all. Employers would kick in 7.5% or 75% of what they currently pay, whichever is more. Businesses earning less than 2 million would be exempt. There are no deductibles or co-pays. The premise is that access to healthcare is a necessary service. We all contribute different amounts to the same roads, national defense, war depending on our incomes. Right now our healthcare system is for profit.

As far as quality goes we need only to look at other developed countries.

Is that $1200 per person or per family ?

Does that mean I get health insurance for $100/month ?
Does that mean a family of 8 gets health insurance for $100/month ?
And all the illegals get it for free ?

That's a pretty dark shade of rose on those glasses.

As for the uninsured. They and their family members will have access to regular care like the rest of us.

This is also true for anybody else no matter what they make. They come out ahead in premiums and copays vs paying an extra $1,200 in taxes.

You'd be better off going with the "diminishing quality of care" argument because that argument may actually have some merit.

They could solve a lot of the financial issues by removing the medicare cap. I'm sure the people who make 500K a year would whine but it wouldn't put them in the poorhouse.
Poof! No Medicare cap. All the problems are solved!

There is no Medicare cap. You pay into it all year long.

You are probably thinking of the Social Security cap, which has nothing to do with medical care.

Food is not necessary? Shelter? Clothing?

Are they next on the socialist agenda after medicine? Once the socialists get medicine, they have to fight for something else to be “free”, because God forbid we make people responsible for their own lives, right?

The government should nationalize all the homes in America so that everybody can have a roof over their heads. If you live in a home that has more bedrooms than people, the government can just put more people in the house with you. That is, if they dont make you move into a smaller house, and they can put a bigger family in yours.

Food should be free too. Why should people have to pay for food? It is necessary to live. You should be able to walk into any grocery store in the country, and take whatever food you want, and tell the grocery store to charge it to the US government.

How about government subsidized trips to the mall. YOU get a Moncler Jacket! And YOU get a Moncler Jacket! And YOU get a Moncler Jacket! Because nobody should be cold outside. Everybody deserves to be warm and clothed.
