Nope, just take what's happening in the cities now and expand it across the country, if Biden is elected that makes these domestic terrorists think their cause is just and was given legitimacy by having Biden elected. Cry about it. Political persecution for helping Trump become president is wrong, that's what's been happening. Anyone committing acts of violence or destruction, etc should be arrested. But that said, Free is speech is a thing in this country. Peaceful protests are allowed. We aren't Russia or Communist China. Yet.
