Biden calls for more gun control yet California has all the gun control laws that democrats want yet violence still happens

California has universal background checks, an “assault weapons” ban, firearm registration requirements, a ten-day waiting period on gun purchases, a red flag law, a limit in the number of guns a law-abiding citizen can buy in a given month, a ban on campus carry for self-defense, a ban on K-12 teachers being armed for classroom defense, and controls on the sale of ammunition.

The shooter is Samuel Cassidy, a maintenance worker at Valley Transportation Authority where the shooting took place. He killed eight people. He was 57 years old and lived in California all his life.

So if he cross into Oregon, Nevada or Arizona and bought some thing illegal he broke State and Federal laws

Chalk up yet another individual who believes that government should have the power to decide who can own and gun and who can't.

Starting with "just a few" as usual, I'm sure.

Very little. It's how criminals get most of their guns.

We also have magazine limits. Illegal to posses a magazine that holds more than 10 rounds of ammunition.

This is a tired old argument that the liberals like to use to pander for votes from the bleeding hearts. Anything close to their attempts at any kind of confiscation would never get past the Supreme Court. They are just bowing smoke up your butt to sound tough. They know damn well it would never work.
The Supreme Court does not have to hear a case.

And some more "reasonable" restrictions....this will save us all.

The banning of a rifle by name (if the ATF director get's his way) will end all violence....
