Isn't Greece some where in the Mediterranean sea? The Mediterranean diet. That is a lot healthier eating than the American diet of hot dogs and burgers. Purely vegetarian and modified some fish in it. And for the most parts, fruits also. With bread and cereals. So pretty much healthy eating. All in Greece. They have a great diet plan there.

Greeks eat a lot of meat - lamb, sausages, kebobs, pork etc. You may have heard of gyros.

Being fat has nothing to do with access or lack of access to healthcare.
