She is Jewish too! And, she may have been elected for being pro legal medical marijuana, & pro gun control. Those are the only 2 positions I can find pre-election.
She was in bed with big sugar, but later changed her position.
She sued Georgia over "water wars", and lost.
She is pushing legal marijuana while her boyfriend owns a related business, and tried to gift her a $700,000 home in Talahassee before state ethics people put the kabosh on that.
She did put her picture on all Florida gas pumps before it was ruled improper, and they all had to be removed and repaced.
She has not been without controversy, & she's lost most battles she chose to fight.
There are probably hundreds if not thousands of Holocaust survivors that live in Florida. This is a total slap in the face to everyone who was a victim of the Nazis. I automatically lose all respect for anyone who compares a political opponent to Hitler. If she were correct, and DeSantis similar to Hitler, then I guess Hitler wasn’t so bad after all, since DeSantis is clearly no genocidal monster. Comments like hers diminish the crimes and evil acts perpetrated by the real Nazis. Shame on her.

Made the same comments when AOC went all "concentration camps" with regards to the Obama internment camps when Trump was president.
ALSO made the same comments not that long ago when some of our right wingers were doing it and they whined at first but when I compared them to AOC they fled.
Some of them are posting to this thread and hopefully have learned not to be like AOC or this other low class individual even if they won't admit to doing the same.
Another hit piece from Trump on DeSantis. There are a half dozen other quotes from Trump in the past 10 days continuing to dump on RD.
The irony is the single politician has kept the voice of conservatism afloat and relevant during the period or void created by trump and his loss he is trying **** on. If that doesn’t say more about Donald Trumps ego him being a narcissist simpleton then I don’t know what can. There are literally 100s of liberal institutions and politicians for him to focus on yet he fires shots at his only potential rival.
Back in July 2021 RD joined Biden for a memorial for the Miami building collapse while the very same day Trump held a rally in Sarasota to push along his own agenda in fighting the election results and funding a ‘24 run. That was when you could see the true character of both men.
So the Dems either drag up the Civil War or WWII when talking about people in "the other party".
All they seem to want to do is make the other guy out to be the bad guy by name calling alone.
What about policies ? What about goals ? What promises to the people ?
Has all that been thrown on the wayside in favor if schoolyard name calling to get elected ?
When you can't stand on your own qualifications, capabilities, merits, experience, or credible debating skills, just throw out Nazi, Hitler, Racist, or some kind of ”Phobe” at your competition.
