Australia has mass shootings to this day, even though their people are beaten down by their oppressive government like serfs.

Developing nations like Mexico have a lot of mass shootings. But the USA is way worse in this than any other first world nation.

Here we go with this. It's always the argument. If any type of gun law is passed, they'll just start stabbing people instead. Stabbings are tragic, but not equivalent. Some lunatic can't rent a room at the Mandalay Bay and massacre a concert below with a knife. Someone walking into a school or nightclub with a knife would likely do some harm, but would also likely be overpowered in short order. Whenever bombings or car attacks happen, they make international headlines, because are uncommon. In the US, mass shootings have become commonplace and rarely receive heavy coverage unless it is particularly atrocious.

Mass shootings represent far less than 1% of all gun deaths. They’re a drop in the bucket.

Those using knives kill more people annually than mass shooters.

Plenty of shootings and stabbings all over. Just read news other than CNN.

Culture changes and attitudes along with notoriety.

I know plenty of people that hated school and had problems but they were more of the "I'm out of here attitude" and less of the "I'm going to hurt others" attitude.

Social media doesn't help at all imo.

They also always conveniently leave out that the US ALSO has stabbings, car attacks and bombings in ADDITION to mass shootings. So that excuse flies right out the window.

Mexico had a mass school shooting yesterday, Norway had the worst in history. Guns illegal in both places.
