Eff her. The horse's safety is much more important than her feelz. Now, the rancher calling her a fat ***** was uncalled for, although not entirely untrue. She is fat, but he didn't know her long enough to tell if she was a *****.
I'm too heavy to ride a horse too...guess what, I'm trying to do something about it finally...a woman that weighs 240 lbs should definitely lose some weight.
When I hit 300 lbs, I said enough is enough...I'm down 25, w/ 75 to go.
It want about the horse and her weight. It was about the way the ranch handled the situation. There was no advertisement about weight limits and apparently the employee said something to the effect come back when your not a fat arse.
I agree with her that the ranch should handle such situations more professionally.
I dont know what kind of horses they have at the ranch but in Wagons East John Candy was on horseback at 375 lbs.

Impossible to know how the situation was handled as we're just getting one side of the story and even video can be edited to skew perceptions.
I'm not about to just immediately believe some tiktoker whose sole purpose in life is to generate attention.

If you are 240 lbs and have ridden horses before you dang well know that your weight IS an issue no matter where you go. She should have asked.
She didn't just blow up to 240 overnight.
It depends on the breed. Some ranches do have the bigger breeds of horses that can handle fat people.
Most though just have quarter horses
She needs to go to a place that has draft horses--you know, the ones that used to pull wagons and were large enough to carry a knight with hundreds of pounds of armor and weaponry?
Or, as someone else mentioned, maybe the horse should be riding her.

When I have a problem with a business I'm trying to patronize, I simply don't spend my money there and move on. I don't try to make a victim out of myself. Fatso is playing the victim game.
Hell no, I'd feel bad for the pack mule...that beast (not the mule) is 240 lbs...put the packs on her.
