LOL, a supporter of the Biden Administration. How cute!
Not so much a supporter of the Biden administration as equal opportunity critic. I've been critical of Biden and his team, you just haven't seen it here.
He would have been appointed Supreme Court judge if he was treated fairly by the Senate. He had a good reputation among both Democrats and Republicans.
Garland was treated far fairer than Robert Bork, Clarence Thomas, Brett Kavanaugh and Amy Coney Barrett. Garland did not have the votes to be confirmed; why bother with hearings?

He did this after mega-Democrat donor, the national education lobby, complained. His memo specifically referenced "coordinated widespread efforts to intimidate educators".
He did this, yet ignored coordinated widespread efforts to intimidate sitting Supreme Court Justices AT THEIR HOMES.
There are two for you. And in regards to the coordinated widespread efforts to intimidate sitting Supreme Court Justices at their homes, they were not one time events like Jan. 6, they were ongoing, so there are multiple, individual instances where Garland refused to enforce federal law. In an impeachment, each would be a separate charge.
With regards to Hunter Biden, Joe Biden and James Biden, he has not named a Special Counsel, so as to remove his department from the appearance of impropriety.

Yes, the House can vote on Articles of Impeachment and the Senate would have the trial.

It is up to the Attorney General to see his department enforces the laws of the United States fairly and impartially. It is pretty clear Garland's DOJ is neither.

This thread makes me excited for the next Dem president and AG who will then be "the worst president and AG ever". Seems like just yesterday that Jimmy Carter and Benji Civilleti were the worst president and AG. LOL.
Have no fear, Carter is still the worst and still hurting the U.S. 40 years later. We see China moving into position to control the Panama Canal, which they could not be doing if the U.S. still controlled the Canal Zone.

No he isn't. He was concerned about phony intimidation at school board meetings (which are not a federal issue) and ignored real threats and intimidation of sitting SCOTUS justices, which is a federal issue and crime, covered by two separate federal statutes.
People are asking him, and he can comply, in naming a Special Counsel to remove himself and his department from the investigation of his boss and relatives.

Funny quote of the week award winner. Before Garland had left the podium, his department was leaking to the NYT that the documents the National Archive (not the DOJ) was seeking were about nukes (cue the scary, ominous music).
Merrick Garland wouldn't recommend approval for AG search warrant for Unabomber's cabin: Former FBI official
Former FBI deputy assistant director of counterterrorism Terry Turchie said Attorney General Merrick Garland wouldn't recommend approval for a search warrant for the Unabomber's cabin on Thursday's "Jesse Watters Primetime."
"I've never said this publicly, but I'll just tell you right now because it just sickens me to watch and listen to Merrick Garland, because Merrick Garland was in charge of the prosecution at DOJ of the Unabomber," Turchie said. "And I have to tell you something: He would not recommend to the AG that our search warrant to get into Theodore Kaczynski's cabin be approved."
Mary Trump speculated yesterday that her uncle disregarded Garland because he comes off as kind of meek and mild, and that he badly underestimated Garland's single-minded tenacity for the rule of law.
Thank you, Mitch McConnell, for making sure Garland was on hand for this very moment. That might turn out to have been a fortuitous move in the end.

What a freakin' clown show.
Really? Or did Breitbart already have the copy of the warrant Trump gave them?
He deserves to be impeached, for dereliction of duty. Why has he not arrested those who protested outside of Supreme Court Justices' homes, which is a federal crime?

McConnell would like nothing more than seeing Trump lead away in handcuffs.
Merrick Garland is a perfect example of what happens when a meek petty little man is given a lot of power.
