I've watched lawyers for 40 years and I've wondered how some got out of college twice. Dumb? Not really. Some seemed ignorant, impulsive and in over their heads. As a group they are more intelligent than average.
If there are lawyers considered 'dumb' I have not met them and I've met a whole plethora of lawyers.

She is FAR from the dumbest woman or person in America, what she is though is way, way, way over her head. She is incompetent at her job, she is not an incompetent person. These type of declarations used to drive me nuts about Dan Quail and Bush II, I apparently am no hypocrite because it drives me equally nuts when said about her.
Now, on the other hand, Biden who was never the Einstein of elected officials, does display huge dementia driven cognitive gaps.
There is intelligent and then there is shrewd. That, and Dan Quail didn't sleep his way into politics.
Presumably the backdrop was prepared by New Orleans? If so, it's a shame they can't spell their own state's name.
