Without question, Harris is beyond dumb. She recently made statements that America was a racist and a sexist country…. She was serious, but must have forgot that SHE is the second most powerful person in the United States.

The first quote she said (you can find video) while commenting on the Highland Park shooting earlier. I believe the second quote was a joke from a couple of months ago, but to be fair, one could make up anything in this speaking style and it would be indistinguishable from the way this woman talks. It's truly something — it's like covfefe, only permanent.
