The wish to spend $500 billion in total, with $300 billion going towards 'climate change' goals, is the exact reason the Democratic Party needs to and deserves to lose bigly, this November. The irresponsible tone they set is eye-opening and should be ringing alarm bells in the minds of Democratic-leaning voters. During a time of great inflation, the last thing we need to be doing is spending anything.

This has Klaus Schwab, of the World Economic Forum, written all over. He supports large amounts of spending, to the point where it crashes the economy, so there can be a "reset".

From the article:

Of course, they have a way to "pay" for it, too. From NBC News: https://www.nbcnews.com/meet-the-pre...ikes-rcna36818

Eliminating tax cuts will stifle growth, which is exactly what you do not want to do during a recession. It is almost as though the Democratic Party is purposefully trying to trash the U.S. economy, likely to push 'The Great Reset', courtesy of Klaus Schwab of the World Economic Forum.
What good is all that money going to do once you allow the planet to be irreparably harmed or destroyed?

Yep. And it's "stupid" and it proves "libs" are "idiots" and so on...blah, blah, blah...

Amazingly sharp and witty arguments, especially if they're coming from fourth graders, so hopefully, they are. If not, then, well...I don't know what to tell ya...

Conservatives don't care much about saving the Earth as they figure they'll be dead before things truly go to seed that way, so who cares? Future, shmooture.

Liberals tend to more of the mindset that we got our chance here, why doesn't the next generation and the next deserve their chance?

But that's because we're stupid and we're idots and blah, blah, blah, so...lather, rinse, repeat.

Good talk, everyone.

America is 1 country. Dozens of countries are just trying to survive and don't have the luxury to spend billions on global warming and $60K depreciating asset Teslas.

Earth doesn't need your man made money. It will be just fine.

This is why Biden -- and anyone else that supports any of this climate change nonsense -- looks so stupid. China and India, who combined total nearly 3 BILLION people, have no "green deal" plans. They don't care about polluting, coal, etc.

So those two polluters are spending nothing, while the United States is going to solve the whole climate change con job on its own?

See how easy this is...

Progressives cannot claim they are "wanting to give the next generation a chance" when they support the murder of the next generation while in the womb...

What is the point of "saving the Earth" if everyone has starved to death because they cannot afford food, due to inflation, caused by spending billions and trillions that we do not have?

the best way to save the planet......do everything we can to get manufacturing back in the U.S.. Lower Tax rates drastically for manufacturing business, reduce regulations including environmental regulations if we have to. Give those businesses anything we need to get them back in country. This will both provide much needed better paying jobs and here's how the environment will be better. Right now all that manufacturing is being done in China and India who have just about zero environmental concerns. The skies may look clear overhead for us but as the left has told us for many years we are one planet and all the pollutants they produce overseas is still destroying our environment. Even if we reduce some Environmental regs here we will still be far ahead of those countries currently producing.

One facet of truth on the matter. Denial at this point is ridiculous.

Wow, just noticed along with illegal immigration, shipping jobs overseas so China and India can wreck the planet for us lays at the feet of the business class elites as well.

How much are we supposed to give them?

If I may?

Liberals tend to take the approach of going overboard and pushing for even more destructive measures. Like electric vehicles for example.

I once asked the question of where the electric power comes from to power the electric vehicles and a poster replied saying that I don't don't know where electric power comes from in my own country. Hydro-power you know! Actually, I do know where the power comes from to power electric vehicles. Coal. CO2 producing coal. That black stuff that we import from China!

So if we are really concerned about what our children and grand children and so on will inherit, then the liberals should start getting realistic. For example, nuclear power produces zero CO2 (apart from the construction of the actual nuclear power plant), but no, the liberals reject nuclear power!

And so do I. So let's stop messing with polluting and environmental damaging electric vehicles. CO2 is not a pollutant but too much of it may not be a good thing.

I say go hybrid.
