The purpose of the Trump presidency was to block the two establishment party candidates, Jeb Bush and Bill Clinton’s wife, both of whom apparently the establishment did not like much.

The purpose of the Biden presidency is to block Trump, whom the establishment despises.

In terms of the direction of real policy, none of these disliked characters make any real difference; they are simply there for hapless US voters to despise, which in turn reflects how the establishment views hapless US voters and how the voters view themselves.

I'm convinced that the Bush family were the ones that put Obama on the democrat ticket. He's a distant relative to them so he would carry on their plans of war mongering and helping to further the gap between the elite rich and poor.

This tells me there is lukewarm respect out there in Liberalville for Joe.
I drive to the liberal area of town every now and then; it's called 4th and Gill, it's a "tony" area, at least they think it is. Insane prices for junk houses. Before the election nothing but Biden signs, and there are absolutely none now. That's such a cool desirable area a hooker actually approached my car with the windows up looking for a date.

There would be more yeses, but so many people were already expecting Joe Biden to be terrible right out of the gate. So their expectations were already well calibrated to reality and there was no major surprise. I'm not one of those people though. I actually didn't expect Biden to be this bad.

Of course the Presidential GOATS will always be Washington, Lincoln, Jefferson and the most bad @ss of all TEDDY ROOSEVELT

All of been flops since Carter other than Bill. Trump did fine until CV19 screwed him up pups. Bush 1 and 2 were up there with the worst total flops other than Obama.
