I'm sure there will be no casual promiscuous sodomy happening at this event. This demographic has always been known for its ability to show restraint in these matters.

Same reason lolapalooza wasn't canceled in Chicago last year.
Then they had a big Covid outbreak from it and.....the mayor and head of health held a press conference declaring that it wasn't a super spreader event. (And if the head of health said otherwise they'd have lost their job).
I don't understand the cavalier attitude towards Monkeypox, at least where gays are concerned. "Try to just have sex with those you know, but if you just can't control yourself, at least put bandaids on the the pustules before getting busy".
When has advice like that ever been the official line with regards to disease?
Depending on which side you are on you can just swap out gay parade with Trump rally. More than a few posters would say monkey pox isn’t a big deal and whatever. But if it is an excuse to bash a gay event then by golly it is game on. The left do this as well for any conservative event. It’s all rather disingenuous. I would urge conservatives to refrain from this tactic as it validates the reasons the left has in the past used to limit personal freedoms.
Here is the deal you can march around unvaccinated with your AR15 and they can run around during monkey pox in leather chaps. That’s what America is all about by golly.
This is just a preview event. The main even, the Folsom Street Fair, occurs next month. That will be another super-spreader event, like Gay Pride Maspalomas 2022 on Gran Canaria and Daddyland Festival Dallas 2022.
Previous Folsom Street Fairs have included S&M demonstrations and men having sex with men openly on the sidewalk. There is no disease on earth that will prevent some gays from getting their sex. For some, their entire life evolves around sex to the point it's like OCD. Add drugs like meth and it's even worth.
Folsom Street Fair is the most depraved abomination of them all.
I think that's much healthier than being a repressed, sexual person who feels ashamed by their own thoughts and feelings. Those creepy, sexually repressed pubs are always the ones who end up raping children or paying for prostitutes and then going home to their wives, patting themselves on the back for being more righteous and upstanding than gay guys in biker outfits.

Libs have become the religious deranged. Searching for non-believers in the public spaces as well as rooting them out and retroactively cancelling them in history. Monticello ring a bell?
