There are many things that I completely disagree with Rand Paul on, but I think he's not lying to me.
And I assume everything Trump says is a lie unless proven otherwise from multiple sources, and I assume Biden has no idea what he just said, or is going to say, so the concept doesn't even apply.
RP would be a refreshing change, but I doubt I'd vote for him. Depends on what the other choice is.
