Who would you vote for if these were your options? I didn't include those that would plan not to vote.

I vote this poll is flawed. There can be a choice of Trump or DeSantis only in a primary, unless one of them starts batting for the other team.

I wouldn't vote for DJT, but I haven't made up my mind about DeSantis v. Biden.

I plan to vote for Trump. If for some reason Trump is taken out of the picture, I will register as a dem and vote for Kennedy.

CD First Law of Voting:

Given the choices of Trump/Desantis/Cryptkeeper/Other, all leftist posters here will choose Cryptkeeper.

Cryptkeeper is another name for Biden

The republican primary will be a decision I have to make.

The general election is a no-brainer. I will NEVER vote for a democrat.

Trump and Desantis are both fascists. Trump was too stupid to be President before, and it shows when he didn't even know Presidents don't attend British coronations or bow to their King. The guy is about to be a convicted RAPIST! He is a New York street thug casino operator, who got caught fudging the numbers.

And HE caused the Jan 6th coup attempt, then instead of standing up like a Man, and taking responsibility he threw a thousand of his loyal followers under the bus, some facing 20 years in prison. If Trump is a republican Hero to the blue collar - I want nothing to do with that insanity.

Desantis is a little Hitler, every day some new attack on gays or chinese or Mickey Mouse. The guy's a psychopath and ex govt thumbscrew applier at Guantanamo. He and Putin should get along great. He's turned Florida into Nazi Germany and on the dictator scale he makes Trump look good. I mean the guy gets his corrupt Republican cronies to pass laws just so he can keep his taxpayer funded job while running for Pres. He hides his travel records from the public Sunshine Law. He ain't special, he's a racist, transphobic thug. Banning books - gawd save us.

Biden will have to be reminded where he is each morning by his nurse that his job is to demand gun control and maintain open borders while destroying the economy for the Green New Debacle.

Me, I will once again "throw my vote away" and vote for whoever the Libertarian candidate is, probably Jorgensen.

Why? Because neither main party represents me.

The Republicans are white national christian fascists. They hate women and lgbt and anyone not white, or who needs medical care. They have done NOTHING meaningful federally to protect gun rights, ever. They rant about open borders but never do anything that actually works to stop the invasion.

The Democrat party of Socialist Authoritarians want to TAKE away our guns and STRIP our ability to defend our families, homes and selves from growing crime, unrest and barbarism. They will continue to decimate our military. They will drive us into the poor house with tax and spend. They ARE the Great Replacement invasion.

Libertarians believe in small govt. and low taxes, they believe body rights belong to the self. They are pro self defense. They support lgbt rights. They believe in national integrity, i.e. immigration controls. They support necessary military. And EQUAL rights for ALL.

In short, the Libertarian party is everything the other's are not.

One third of voters are independent, if enough people would vote third party we could fundementally change our country for the better.

That is why I will vote Libertarian and you should too.

If Trump doesn't win the GOP Primary, I wouldn't put it past him to run as an independent...I doubt Desantis would though...neither of them could ever get my vote against anybody.

First, I note that there's no option in the poll for a DeSantis/Biden race.

Second, if it does come down to a Trump/Biden rematch, Biden will get both the pro-Biden vote and the anti-Trump vote, while Trump will get the pro-Trump vote and the anti-Biden vote - but then pro-Trump IS anti-Biden, while the anti-Trump is not necessarily pro-Biden.
