It seems that Trump just can't win the lawsuits he files against his enemies.

Quote:
A federal judge on Friday dismissed Donald Trump’s lawsuit against CNN, in which the former president said the network defamed him by associating him with Adolf Hitler.

Trump argued that by using the phrase the “big lie” in reference to his unfounded claim that the 2020 presidential election was stolen, the network created an unfair association between him and the Nazi regime...

Trump argued that the network’s references to the “big lie” created a “false and incendiary association” between him and Hitler, and caused “readers and viewers to hate, contempt, distrust, ridicule, and even fear” him. But U.S. District Judge Raag Singhal ruled that the comments did not constitute defamation.
Trump appointed Singhal to the bench in 2019.

Unlike democrat appointed judges, he used common sense and non bias in his ruling. Trump wins some, and he loses some, but in the end I know he respects the ruling. No need to blow anything out of proportion.

It seems to you he 'respects" rulings against him?

Hm.

Looks like Trump's diversity hiring backfired on him.

Isn't this just more proof that conservative judges rule according to the Constitution and established law, and not out of political party ideology or personal feelings?

Apparently that is a novel concept for some here.

which would imply that Trump lacked common sense to file the case in the first place. ( IMO it was DOA )

that has yet to be seen. lets see what his response is if directly asked.

Lawsuits can be filed for LOTS of reasons with no intention of winning.

To put it in football terminology, why would a QB ever take a snap and kneel? I mean, they're not going to score on the play and lost yardarge!!!

the benefit to taking the knee is obvious, run out the clock without the risk of the football being turned over in an error.

so, that begs the question, what was the benefit to trump other than to appease his damaged ego.

i'm remembering the stink trump made when he sued bill maher for joking that trump was the result of his mother getting jiggy with an orangutan ( then quietly dropping the suit a few weeks later ).
