First of all, Biden is not in charge. 2nd, you don't deal with people that brought this mess up in the first place without they admitting their part and 3rd, what you want Putin to say? "We will meet you halfway from your expansion to the East?"? Will NATO agree they will stop expanding?
Just started watching the Putin interview. One thing you notice right away is that the guy is lucid and very sharp, capable of sitting for a two hour interview about extremely dense subjects. Compare that to the frail, senile vegetable in the White House who had to cancel a puff piece interview before the Super Bowl because he can't speak on camera for more than 60 seconds without falling apart. Putin is talking in predictable, same old - same old pattern, presenting the well-rehearsed version that was many times told ( and accepted as jubilant) by Putin's admirers in Russia.
Tucker however scored couple of good points, where Putin didn't know what to answer ( he said "I don't know,") however quite a few Russians I think know the answers to those questions. And they are always going back to the 90ies, what took place there, plus the essence of those "Minsk agreements," that no Westerners want to drill Putin on.
P.S. Biden of course is in much worse shape, mentally and physically - no doubt about it.
This interview is exploding across the world and will change most people's perception of the war who were only given one side. Unfortunately it is the Ukrainian people who will suffer for being used by the east and west

That's what I thought of too. Most of Congress and our current president are not putting our country first, their not even putting Americans first.
It is odd that so many people are criticizing this interview, while I haven't watched it yet, it's normal to want to hear from Putin, we have only had one side of this war told to us and we finally hear his perspective.

This Putin sounds more intelligent that Biden and Trump combined. Also, he got it about NATO and Clinton. One will find more references from Kennan, Goodman, and others.
I'm not sure myself. I think he might have it up on his site for free and if not, then Twitter I believe will have it.
