This is what basically every single country on earth would do, except western nations.
You deport people, and since you can’t really determine the difference between good Tajiks and bad Tajiks, you round ‘em all up and give them all the boot.
If Syrians or Afghans or Hezbollah or Hamas or ISIS committed a terrorist attack inside the US, our government wouldn’t do a damn thing except blame it all on Trump somehow.
Which means that there would surely be another one.
The Biden administration is the worst presidency in my lifetime, and it’s not even close.
Totalitarians the world over hate illegal immigrants apart from being able to use them as scapegoats to blame for all that is wrong.
It's not hatred it's about disrespecting a country's immigration laws and taking from their citizens what doesn't belong to them. Stop making stuff up to defend the indefensible

Some Russians wonder whether their country is part of a "deal" - some agreement between their government and some international organizations, that keep on moving people from impoverished countries to the more developed ones en mass. Because it doesn't escape their attention, this whole global trend both in US and European countries as well.
Even though their internal problems with immigrants are somewhat different, than what I see is going on in US:
