The death sentence when you have DNA evidence.
When the perp is on film doing the deed
When the perp is caught in the act by police
When its a repeat offense
All justification to put the animal in question down. Its not a bad thing to execute those who harm society. Those who prey upon our children or those to weak to defend themselves.
Prisons should be for those who have at least some redeeming value.
Rapists, pedo's etc certainly have no redeeming value.

But we all know Iran is very fair in their practices....they even kill women who got raped because they let it happen...

There is a difference in Iran, and other Islamic countries, between Sharia Law (religious) and civil law. Many of the injustices that are made public from Islamic countries, take place under Sharia Law and not civil law, although they are often one in the same.
