Do you think people will stand by and let him infringe on their civil rights? I think not, a lot of people are simply fed up with the government screwing around with them and want to be left alone, but the government isn't getting that hint. We're ripe for a civil war. Such division is what allowed for our first civil war to happen. It only takes one angry person to get things burning, and it can burn out of control quickly. Booth was the only one successful in 1865. The others screwed up big time in carrying out their parts, which would have effectively wiped out one branch of the government, but Booth still managed to kill Lincoln, which unleashed the radicals for reconstruction in Congress, and all this after most of the Southern leaders had (unhappily) given up on the Confederacy and had accepted Lincoln as president of the Union...
No, Obama is not anti-gun. He only feels that people should have the freedom to ban guns in their own locality.

Well if a new world order is tried on us, we'll know these events were planned and carried out by the elite in their quest for world domination. Collapse of our money and gov. and try to persuade the people or force us out of our constitution.

If this scenario does unfold, it is the duty of every American to do what is necessary to enforce that constitution. PERIOD. If they ever try and take it away-you'll never see it again. Once they get a strangle hold on everyone with technology it will be useless to try and overcome it.

We will fight if we must, and we will prevail. Americans will always taste freedom, and anyone or entity ever tries and take that away will taste the wrath of the people. We may argue about a lot of things, but I think most of us must agree on this.

With zero reserves to make loans, banks can create their own money. They need not rely on the Federal Reserve. Thanks to the bailout this is now possible. The US gov't will likely default on its loans from other countries in early 2009. Anyone know who actually has the deed to the Capitol? We might need the collateral.

Tesaje;5546715]Is that a threat or a promise?

How very unamerican of you to threaten assassination of a politician you don't like.
And how unAmerican is it for the democratic congress and democratic voters to run away from the truth and "BEAR NO RESPONSIBILITY ON THIS CRISIS" while they make it look like the Republicans are the sole entity to blame.

The Democrats' self-interest and "greed" are UNAMERICAN because they put themselves first before the country and they continue to do it up to this day. This is the fall of mankind. You tell them the truth and they move on with their greed.

A financial meltdown and a civil war which might result in red states and blue states succeeding doesn't scare me. What would? Posters like and others that think similarly living next door to me, working in positions of influence, etc. I'm surprised they have not been booted given they break the TOS to the extreme all the time.

Well said, but you're fighting a losing battle as most of these people are mental midgets who never studied the Great Depression, don't understand it, never spoke at length for several hours with someone who as an adult lived through the Great Depression, and never studied the collapse of governments and doesn't understand the dynamics of it.

That's my question, what exactly are we using as collateral to China, who has "loaned" us a s*itload of money?
