The split of the Czech Republic and Slovakia are a "so what". It isn't going to happen in the United States. Get a grip. The secessionist are like the "militia" groups. Deranged idiots who talk only to themselves and think anybody else cares.

Oh, quit trying to be cute! The USSR was a forced merger, as were Yugoslavia and Czechoslovakia. The splitting of Germany was a different case altogether, the result of a 'committee'.
