I totally agree with that. I think the girls in playboy magazine are disgusting. I never understood pam anderson being shoved down our throats as being attractive. I just think that beautiful is a bad adjective to describe a guy. although, he might like it if he thinks he's a "queen."
I don't think beautiful is a bad adjective to describe anything that makes you feel good inside.
LOL Pam Anderson shoved down our throats - thats so bad in so many ways.
You should read the full article at LA Times.com. There's a section where you can post your thoughts, and there is a teen who goes to Fairfax High who posted. They basically said, don't believe everything you read, don't attempt to say that we're becoming tolerant about gays because we're not adults, and we change our minds often.
Actually, most people my generation ARE tolerant and don't give a **** how another person chooses to live his/her life. I'm heterosexual and know gays, lesbians, women who are masculine, men who are feminine and I don't care.
When will you get it that America's younger populace is different from how you grew up in the 1930s? Soon all you fossils will die and the world will be completely different in a social sense.
FYI, I think the dude should have just ran as Prom King but who am I to judge?

I shun the traditional view of beauty. I am not a fan of anyone people would consider "hot." I much prefer the cute chick in jeans and a hoodie over the ***** in the tube top.
I should say something regarding gender identity -
I'm a straight man who is a bit less masculine than most. I hate sports, always have. And I can get a little emotional sometimes. But I'm still 100% straight and 100% male.
I despise the rigid boxes that we're put into based on our genders...I think it applies to us guys far more than it does to the ladies.
With that said, I still feel that gender plays an important role in our culture/society and that blurring the lines isn't necessarily the best thing.
